Refund policy

30-Day Risk-Free Returns
You can return any ELUMA product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, for any reason. No need to explain why.
Conditions
- Item must be in original condition (frames undamaged, lenses unscratched)
- Original packaging preferred but not required
- Proof of purchase (order number or email) required
How to Return
- Email hello@elumaeyewear.com with your order number
- We'll reply within 24 hours with a return shipping address and instructions
- Post the item back at your own cost (we recommend tracked shipping)
- Once received and inspected, we issue your refund within 3-5 working days to your original payment method
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and either replace the item or refund you in full, including original shipping (if any).
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or modification
Refund Processing Time
Refunds appear in your account 3-10 working days after we process them, depending on your bank.
Consumer Guarantees Act
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
