Where We Ship

We currently ship across New Zealand only. International shipping coming soon.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping on all NZ orders. No minimum spend.

Delivery Times

• North Island metro: 5–8 working days
• South Island and rural: 7–10 working days

Delivery times start once your order is processed and shipped. Times can vary during public holidays or peak periods.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 7 working days of ordering, email hello@elumaeyewear.com and we'll chase it up.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo (if damaged). We'll either replace the item or refund you in full.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you spot an error, email hello@elumaeyewear.com immediately and we can usually update it before the order ships.

Public Holidays

Orders placed on weekends or NZ public holidays will be processed the next working day.
