Agreement

By accessing or using elumaeyewear.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Products

All products are blue light filtering eyewear. Frames are not prescription-grade. Lenses are tinted to filter blue light wavelengths and are not sunglasses (UV400 protection is not guaranteed). Product photos are representative — actual colour may vary slightly.

ELUMA glasses are not medical devices. They are designed for comfort during screen use. If you experience persistent eye strain, headaches, or vision problems, please consult an optometrist.

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of order is the price you pay.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, design) is the property of ELUMA Eyewear or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELUMA Eyewear is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or its products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in New Zealand courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
